First, the manufacturer warranty. Lifetime coverage on the housing, the solar panel, and the brushless motor. If any of those parts fail under normal residential use, the manufacturer ships a replacement. Damage from named storms or vandalism is excluded the same way your shingles exclude them, and that is what homeowner's insurance is for.
Second, the installer's workmanship warranty. That covers the seal, the flashing, and the roof penetration itself. Window varies by installer, but most carry 5 to 10 years. If the seal leaks because of how the fan was installed, the installer comes back and fixes it at no charge.
If anything ever breaks, you call us, not the manufacturer and not the installer. We open the claim, dispatch the right party, and follow up until it is resolved. That is the value of buying the bundle instead of buying a fan from a big box and finding your own installer.
